Donations

MOD is committed to Spreading MODness in the communities we serve. Our efforts are focused at the local level, in the neighborhoods where we live and work, with a focus on serving youth and families. To be considered for a donation, your organization needs to be a non-profit and located near a MOD Pizza.

Please note that only one MOD location may participate in your donation request.

How it Works:

1. Download the donation request form below.
2. Complete and drop off at the register of your local MOD Pizza.
3. The store’s general manager will reach out to you and let you know if your request is accepted, typically within 7 days.
